Kia Ora and welcome to my counselling practice.

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor based in South Auckland, Aotearoa.

Working together

I work pluralistically, which means that I draw from a wide range of different counselling theories, modalities and techniques to best support your needs and goals. I am drawn to this way of working because I believe that every person has unique needs and preferences when it comes to counselling.

I understand that seeking therapy can sometimes be a difficult experience, which is why I provide a warm and comforting space where you feel safe and supported.

I am a registered member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

I offer counselling for individuals, couples, and whānau, and work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I welcome people from all cultures and walks of life, and am committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and affirming space for everyone.

If you're ready to take the first step toward positive change, I invite you to get in touch. I understand the importance of finding the right counsellor, which is why I offer a free introductory session.

I am here to support you on your journey and look forward to working with you. If you have any questions or would like to learn more feel free to email me anytime at julia.deihl@outlook.co.nz
