I am a qualified and experienced counsellor based in South Auckland, Aotearoa.

 

Working together

I work pluralistically, which means that I draw from a wide range of different counselling theories, modalities and techniques to best support your needs and goals. I am drawn to this way of working because I believe that every person has unique needs and preferences when it comes to counselling. I understand that seeking counselling can sometimes be a difficult experience, which is why I provide a warm and comforting space where you feel safe and supported.

 

I am a member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. I currently offer individual counselling sessions, and work with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. I also welcome people from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds and strive to create a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
